Ladies Blend is for younger women who suffer from any type of hormonal imbalance causing symptoms such as irregular menstrual cycle, painful menstruation, facial hair, mood swings, adult hormone related acne, etc.

• Black Cohosh – Relaxes and normalizes the female reproductive system, used for painful or delayed menstruation, ovarian cramps, balances female hormones.
• Wild yam – Menstrual pain, anti inflammatory, PMS, menopause.
• Dandelion – detoxifies the liver.
• Burdock – Blood tonic, liver cleanser, adaptogen.
• Ginger – Catalyst for other herbs, antioxidant, increases circulation.

Who should use it:
Any woman who suffers from pre menstrual tension, irregular menstrual cycles, or general hormonal imbalances. It is also useful in conditions like endometriosis, ovarian cysts and other problems of that nature. This formula is best used with Hepatic support as the liver is often involved in hormonal problems in women.

Who should not use it:
Pregnant or breast feeding women, children who have not yet started menstruating and obviously, males.

Dosage:
20 drops 3 times per day. Dosage can be increased for severe cases and decreased as symptoms improve.
